Ingredients

 
1 package (6 ounces) chicken-flavored stuffing mix
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
 
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
 
1 cup water
 
6 fresh pork loin chops (about 2 pounds), about 1/2 inch thick
 
1/2 cup milk
 
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento

Directions

Stir stuffing mix (with seasoning packet), eggs, half of the soup, the bouillon and water in baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Arrange chops on stuffing.
Mix milk, pimiento and remaining soup; pour over chops.
Cover loosely and microwave 15 minutes; turn dish one-half turn.
Microwave until chops are done, 8 to 10 minutes.
