Pork Chops In Prune Sauce Recipe

| Chili sauce | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄4 Tablespoon | |
| Prune juice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped celery | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Thick pork chops | 6 | |
| Cooked prunes | 6 |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chops and prunes; marinate chops in mixture for 1 hour.
Place in bak- ing dish; pour marinade around chops.
Bake, cov- ered, at 350 degress for 45 minutes.
Remove cover; place cooked prune on top of each chop.
Bake, un- covered, until chops are tender and glazed.
Serve with sauce.
