Directions
Brown chops on both sides in hot fry pan.
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper; remove to warm platter.
Brown onion in fat till golden; sprinkle on cornstach.
Add consomme, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Stir in remaining orange juice, mustard and rind.
Return chops to pan; cover and cook over low heat about 30 minutes or till tender
