Directions

Drain vegetables; add enough water to juice to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.
Brown chops slowly on both sides; season with salt and pepper.
Wash rice; combine with curry powder, mushroom soup, vegetables and vegetable juice in 2 quart flat casserole.
Place browned chops on top of rice.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
