Pork Chops In Chili Sauce Recipe
Pork Chops In Chili Sauce are a unique dish that you can serve at home for a grand dinner. I made this for my pork crazy husband for our anniversary dinner and he loved it! Try the Pork Chops In Chili Sauce and you will understand why!
Ingredients
2 teaspoons shortening
4 to 5 pork chops,1/2 inch thick
4 to 5 lemon slices
1 onion, cut in rings
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup water
Directions
Melt shortening in cooker.
Brown the chops on both sides.
When browned, place a lemon slice on top of each chop.
Add onion and seasonings.
Blend chili sauce with water; pour over chops.
Close cover of cooker; put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 15 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
Serve the chops in their own gravy.
