Pork Chops Fiesta Recipe

| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground allspice | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Raisins/Currants | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pork chops | 4 (1 Inch Thick) | |
| Shortening | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange | 4 |

Directions
Stir in fruit juice and raisins.
Remove from heat, and set aside.
Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
Heat shortening in a skillet over medium high heat, brown chops quickly on both sides.
Pour juice mixture over chops, cover.
Reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
Top with orange slices.
