Garlic – 1 clove minced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Apples – 2, cored and cut into 1 inch slices
Onions – 2, sliced
Flour – 3 tablespoons
Water – 2 cups, boiling
Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoons
Apple Sauce – 2 cups
Allspice – ¼ teaspoon
Cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F

2) Season the chops with garlic, salt and pepper
3) In a large skillet, lightly coat with fat and fry the chops
4) In a 3 quart casserole layer with apples and onion slices
5) Arrange the chops over
6) In the skillet, add in the flour and cook quickly with the pan juices and add water
7) Cook till the sauce is thickened
8) Add in the lemon juice, applesauce and the spices
9) Pour the sauce over the chops
10) Cover the dish with the lid and bake for 30 minutes
