 4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
 Potatoes4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Onions2 Medium, thinly sliced
 Cheddar Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Trim excess fat from edges of pork chops.
Slash edges at 1 inch intervals to prevent meat from curling during cooking.
Place chops in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 6 to 8 minutes.
Turn chops over during cooking.
Drain.
Toss together potatoes, onions, cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
Layer over pork chops.
Dot with butter and pour milk over top.
Cover and microwave on DEFROST for 45 to 60 minutes [SIMMER-4, 30 to 45 minutes].
Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
