Pork Chops & Peas With Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
6 pork chops
2 packages frozen green peas
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
Buttered noodles
Directions
Trim excess fat from chops; brown on both sides in a skillet.
Transfer chops to a large, shallow baking dish.
Combine peas, onion, soup and milk in a medium size bowl; stir.
Pour pea mixture over pork chops; cover and bake 1 hour in preheated 350° F oven.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer, or until chops are tender.
Serve with buttered noodles.
