Pork Chop Cacciatore Recipe

| Spaghetti sauce mix envelope | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Large, sliced | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Can (10oz) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brown chops in large skillet, then arrange in shallow 2 quart casserole.
Top with onion rings and brown sugar.
Using skillet and pan drippings, blend sauce mix and canned tomatoes; heat to boiling.
Spoon around chops; cover.
Bake 1 hour; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
