Pork, Chicken And Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1 broiler (2 pounds)
1 pound pork
3 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup chopped onions
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tomatoes, cut in eighths
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
3 tablespoons ground sesame seeds
3/4th cup beef broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked or canned green peas
Directions
Remove the meat of the chicken and dice.
Cut the pork in 1-inch cubes.
Heat the oil in a casserole or deep saucepan, brown the chicken and pork in it.
Remove.
Saute the onions and garlic in the oil remaining in the pan until browned.
Add the tomatoes; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Return the chicken and pork and add the salt, chili peppers, sesame seeds, broth, and soy sauce.
Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.
Add the peas and cook 5 minutes longer or until meat and chicken are tender.
Cut the pork in 1-inch cubes.
