Pork And Watercress Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound lean pork, shredded
6 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 celery stalk, sliced thin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup firmly packed washed watercress, cut into 1inch pieces
Directions
Simmer the pork in the chicken broth for 10 minutes.
Add the onion, celery, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
Add the watercress and heat briefly.
