 Pork shoulder1 Kilogram, cut in 1.5 cubes

Dissolve Mama Sita's adobo mix in water. Pour mixture over meat. Meat for 15 minutes.
Remove meat from marinade and pan fry until edges are golden.
Pour in the marinade and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer until meat is tender and sauce has thickened. Add water if needed. Serve hot.
