Pork With Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound boneless loin of pork, cut in very thin strips
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1 pound medium shrimp (about 18), cleaned and cut in half lengthwise
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons finely chopped chutney
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Generous dash coriander
Directions
In skillet, brown pork in oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until pork and shrimp are done.
Stir now and then.
