Pork With Sauerkraut Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/2 cup leftover pork gravy | ||
| Sauerkraut | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Caraway seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 8 slices leftover roast pork | ||
Directions
Combine butter with sugar in a large saucepan.
Cook slowly over low heat; stir constantly until sugar is melted.
Add onion and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
Add gravy, sauerkraut, salt and caraway seed; bring to a boil, and stir.
Add pork to sauerkraut, and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
