Directions
1 Slice pork into serving pieces.
MAKING
2 In a pan, heat the butter until foaming.
3 Saute the pork slices lightly.
4 Add shallots and mushrooms.
5 Cook until soft.
6 Stir in paprika and flour, mix well
7 Gradually pour in sherry and broth.
8 Season with salt and pepper.
9 Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, until pork is tender.
10 Add whipping cream.
SERVING
11 Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
