Pork With Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. fine noodles | ||
| Shortening | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onion | 1 Small, sliced | |
| Pork | 1 Pound, cubed | |
| 1/2. lb. fresh shrimps | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Cook noodles in a generous amount of boiling salted water until tender; drain.
Heat shortening in skillet and add garlic.
Cook for a few minutes; remove garlic and fry onion until partially cooked.
Add pork and cook until meat is tender, adding the shrimps, salt and pepper when the pork is half cooked.
Add noodles to pork and shrimp mixture and place on a large plate.
Garnish with finely ground roasted peanuts or crisp fried bacon rind, slices of lemon, finely chopped onion, Chinese parsley (parsley), and strips of slightly beaten egg fried in tissue thin sheets.
