Pork with Garlic and Pepper Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| Black peppercorns | 1 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| 500 g/1 lb lean pork strips | ||
| Chinese greens | 1 Bunch (100gm), chopped | |
| Coriander leaves | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons palm or brown sugar | ||
| Light soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a medium heat, add garlic and black peppercorns and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until brown.
2. Add bok choy (Chinese greens), coriander, sugar, soy sauce and lime juice and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until pork and bok choy are tender.
