 Vegetable oil2 Teaspoon
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), sliced
 Black peppercorns1 Tablespoon, crushed
 500 g/1 lb lean pork strips
 Chinese greens1 Bunch (100gm), chopped
 Coriander leaves4 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons palm or brown sugar
 Light soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a medium heat, add garlic and black peppercorns and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until brown.
2. Add bok choy (Chinese greens), coriander, sugar, soy sauce and lime juice and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until pork and bok choy are tender.
