Ingredients

 Boneless pork1/2 pound
 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
 Boiling water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Cooking oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Ginger root1 Teaspoon, grated
 Celery2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 4 green onions, bias-sliced into 1-inch lengths
 2 medium tomatoes, cut in thin wedges

Directions

Partially freeze pork; slice thinly into bite-size strips.
Dissolve beef bouillon granules in boiling water.
Blend soy sauce into cornstarch; stir in bouillon and salt.
Set aside.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat; add cooking oil.
Stir-fry garlic and gingerroot in hot oil 30 seconds.
Add celery and green onions; stir-fry 2 minutes or till crisp-tender.
Remove celery and green onions.
Add pork to hot wok or skillet; stir-fry 3 minutes or till just browned.
Stir bouillon mixture; stir into pork.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add celery, green onions, and tomatoes; cover and heat 1 minute.
