Ingredients

| Cumin | 1 Teaspoon (For 4.) | |
| Onions | 225 Gram (For 4.) | |
| Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon (For 4.) | |
| Mustard | 2 Teaspoon (For 4.) | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram (For 4.) | |
| Ginger | 10 Gram (For 4.) | |
| Red chillies | 5 Gram (For 4.) | |
| Cloves, cinnamon 5 gm. | ||
| Peppercorns | 5 Gram (For 4.) | |
| Vinegar | 100 Milliliter (For 4.) | |
| Tomatoes | 450 Gram (For 4.) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4.) | |
| Oil | 30 Milliliter (For 4.) | |
Directions
1. Clean and cut meat and wash in diluted vinegar.
2. Grind spices to a fine paste using vinegar.
3. Rub meat with ground spices and salt, and keep for a few hours.
4. Heat oil. Add curry leaves. When browned add meat and vinegar.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer till meat is tender and tomatoes well mashed up.
