Ingredients

 2 pounds boneless pork steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
 Soy sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup sherry or sweet rice wine
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Sugar1 Teaspoon

Directions

Marinate meat for 1 hour in a mixture of the soy sauce, sherry, crushed garlic, and sugar.
Broil slowly, basting with the marinade during broiling.
