Pork Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds boneless pork steak, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup sherry or sweet rice wine | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Marinate meat for 1 hour in a mixture of the soy sauce, sherry, crushed garlic, and sugar.
Broil slowly, basting with the marinade during broiling.
