Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloins
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, minced
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp all purpose flour
3/4 cup light cream
Directions
Cut tenderloins into 4 servings.
Season.
Set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Sear pork pieces 8 minutes or so each side.
Add chopped onion and mushrooms.
Saute 2 minutes.
Deglaze with white wine.
Cover.
Simmer 10 minutes.
