| Pork Tenderloin - 3/4 pounds, trimmed off fat | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Peppercorn | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Pat dry the pork
2) Into a bowl, mix together mustard, thyme and rub all over the pork
3) Add the peppercorns
4) Microwave the pork on high for 5 minutes till browned
5) Add the oil and rub evenly over the pork
6)Microwave on high for 2 minutes
7) Turn the meat and microwave the pork for 5minutes till the meat changes colour
8) Onto a serving platter, carefully place the pork and cover loosely with foil
9) Allow the meat to rest before slicing

10) Serve with some dijon mustard
