Pork Tenderloin Diane Recipe
Pork tenderloin diane is a skillet cooked pork recipe. Simple and easy, this pork tenderloin is prepared in butter with a sprinkling of lemon juice. Flavored with a mustard and worcestershire sauce mix, the pork is herbed with a fresh parsley or chives as garnish.
Ingredients
| 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 8 crosswise pieces | ||
| Lemon pepper | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley or chives | ||
Directions
Pound each tenderloin slice with meat mallet to 1-inch thickness; sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Heat butter in heavy skillet; cook tenderloin medallions 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fork-tender.
Remove medallions to serving platter; keep warm.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to pan juices in skillet.
Cook until heated through.
Pour sauce over medallions and sprinkle with parsley; serve.
