Pork Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon bouquet sauce | ||
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 1 -in. cubes | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 8 oz. green beans, cut into 1 -in. lengths | ||
| Yellow squash | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
In 2-cup measure, blend hot water, bouillon, bouquet sauce and flour.
Set aside.
Place remaining ingredients except lettuce in 3-qt casserole.
Stir in flour and water mixture.
Cover.
Microwave at High 10 minutes.
Stir.
Re-cover.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 35 to 40 minutes, or until meat and vegetables are tender.
Stir in lettuce.
Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes.
Set aside.
