Ingredients

 Hot water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
 1/4 teaspoon bouquet sauce
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 1 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 1 -in. cubes
 Onion1 Large, thinly sliced
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Whole tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 8 oz. green beans, cut into 1 -in. lengths
 Yellow squash2 Medium, thinly sliced
 Rosemary1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

In 2-cup measure, blend hot water, bouillon, bouquet sauce and flour.
Set aside.
Place remaining ingredients except lettuce in 3-qt casserole.
Stir in flour and water mixture.
Cover.
Microwave at High 10 minutes.
Stir.
Re-cover.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 35 to 40 minutes, or until meat and vegetables are tender.
Stir in lettuce.
Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes.
