Pork Stew Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 pound lean pork, cubed
3/4 pound turnips, cubed
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup light cream
Parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Brown the pork and turnip cubes in butter.
2. Add the salt, pepper, mustard, and water. Stir to blend.
3. Simmer covered until the turnips are almost soft.
4. Sprinkle with flour, add the cream, and stir to mix.
