Pork Steaks With Herb Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Lemon | 0.5 | |
| Lime | 0.5 | |
| 10 ml each of parsley, basil, marjoram, thyme | ||
| 115 g sweet butter | ||
| Maple | 6 | |
| 6-170 g lean pork steaks | ||
Directions
In a food processor combine the garlic, lemon and lime juices, herbs and butter until smooth.
Form butter into a dowel shape.
Wrap in wax paper, freeze for 1 hour.
Wrap the bacon around the pork steaks.
Broil on a charbroiler over medium coals or in the oven until cooked thoroughly.
Plate the steaks and top with a slice of herb butter.
