Pork Spare Ribs In Black Bean Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork spare ribs | 8 Large | |
| Quarter cup black bean sauce | ||
| White wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oyster sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 tablespoon ginger marmalade | ||
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Teaspoon, toasted | |
| 500g packet frozen chinese vegetables | ||
Directions
1. Trim fat and rind from ribs, cut each rib into half, place on rack in shallow dish, cook on HIGH for ten minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.
2. Combine black bean sauce, wine, oyster sauce, garlic, marmalade, honey and lemon juice. Brush ribs liberally with mixture, cook on HIGH for eight minutes. Turn and baste halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover, stand while cooking vegetables.
3. Cook vegetables in shallow covered dish on HIGH for six to seven minutes. Reheat ribs if necessary on HIGH for two minutes.
