1/4 cup flour
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
 
2 pounds boneless pork, diced
 
2 tablespoons olive oil
 
1 clove garlic, diced
 
3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
 
3 white turnips, peeled and sliced
 
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
 
1 red pepper, seeded and diced
 
1 can (1 pound) tomatoes
 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 
1 cup beef bouillon

Directions

Mix flour with salt and pepper and coat pork.
Heat olive oil in skillet and brown meat and garlic.
In a buttered 3-quart casserole, place alternate layers of meat and vegetables.
Mix tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce with bouillon and pour over mixture and bake in a 350° F.oven 11/2 to 2 hours.
