Pork Souvlafda Recipe
Ingredients

| Yellow onion | 1 , peeled | |
| Green peppers | 2 To taste, cleaned | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Light soy sauce | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cut the pork into 1/2 inch cubes.
Cut the yellow onion and green peppers into 1-inch square pieces.
Marinate the meat and vegetables in the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper for about 2 hours.
Then alternate vegetables and meat on skewers.
Broil until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
