 Pork1 pound
 Yellow onion1 , peeled
 Green peppers2 To taste, cleaned
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon

 Light soy sauce1/2 Tablespoon
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cut the pork into 1/2 inch cubes.
Cut the yellow onion and green peppers into 1-inch square pieces.
Marinate the meat and vegetables in the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper for about 2 hours.
Then alternate vegetables and meat on skewers.
Broil until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
