14 ounces lean pork-shoulder
1 package broccoli
2 tomatoes
Sage
Salt
Pepper
Sauce:
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 bouillon cube
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/4 cups water and meat juice
Gratin:
3-4 slices cheese
Directions
1. Slice pork and brown in saucepan. Season with salt, pepper, and sage. Place meat in buttered ovenproof dish. Add a little water to saucepan and save.
2. Blend butter and flour in saucepan and add bouillon cube, water, and meat juice. Season with paprika. Pour sauce over meat and place tomato slices between the slices.
3. Place cheese slices on top and bake in 425°F oven until cheese has melted.
Garnish with broccoli cooked in butter.
