Pork Sausage Ring Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds bulk pork sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
1 cup peeled, chopped cooking apple
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup milk
Scrambled eggs (optional)
Fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
Press into a greased 6 1/2 cup ring mold; unmold onto a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done.
Immediately remove to serving platter.
Spoon scrambled eggs into center and around sides, if desired.
Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
