Pork Sausage Omelette Recipe
pork sausage omelet is a meat and eggs recipe. Prepared with sausages along with mushrooms cooked with white wine to taste, the pork sausage omelet is filling and heavy and makes a complete meal.
Ingredients
1 lb. hot pure pork sausage
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, sliced in half rings
1 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
10 eggs, whipped
Directions
Crumble sausage in large nonstick skillet; brown real good.
Add mushrooms and onion.
Cover and cook slow on low heat.
Add cornstarch; pour in wine.
Stir well and let simmer 3 minutes.
Put cooking oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet.
Add eggs and shake to level out.
Cook slow on low heat.
When bottom is brown, push liquid over edges so all will be well done.
Add filling in center, about 3 inches wide.
Turn one side over filling, then turn other side over top.
Pin together with 3 toothpicks.
Turn skillet up on edge and slide omelet onto serving platter.
Center up and spoon balance of filling along each side of omelet.
