Pork Sausage Logs Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound each lean ground beef and ground pork
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons each paprika and olive oil
1/3 cup lightly packed minced parsley
Directions
Mix ground meats, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oil, and parsley until well blended.
Using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each, shape into logs about 2 1/2 inches long.
Cover and chill until firm
Place on lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium-glowing coals.
Cook, turning occasionally, for 12 to 15 minutes or until well browned on all sides and meat is no longer pink when slashed.
