Pork Sausage Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Noodles | 1 8 Ounce, drained | |
| Cut pork | 1 Pound | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) (Bring these to boil:) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon (Bring these to boil:) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Tablespoon (Bring these to boil:) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Bring these to boil:) | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Bring these to boil:) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Bring these to boil:) | |
| 2 med. onions, sliced thin | ||
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Bring these to boil:) | |
Directions
Arrange layers of sausage, noodles, celery, onion and cheese in buttered casserole.
Pour tomato mixture over, cover with buttered cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (I use more pork sausage than 1 lb.
for 8 oz. of noodles.)
