 Noodles1 8 Ounce, drained
 Cut pork1 Pound
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz) (Bring these to boil:)
 Salt1/4 Tablespoon (Bring these to boil:)
 Pepper1/4 Tablespoon (Bring these to boil:)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon (Bring these to boil:)
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Bring these to boil:)
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Bring these to boil:)
 2 med. onions, sliced thin
 American Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Bring these to boil:)

Directions

Arrange layers of sausage, noodles, celery, onion and cheese in buttered casserole.
Pour tomato mixture over, cover with buttered cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (I use more pork sausage than 1 lb.
for 8 oz. of noodles.)
