Pork Sauerkraut Supper Recipe
Ingredients
1 16 ounce can sliced potatoes, drained
1 14 ounce can sauerkraut with caraway, rinsed and drained
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 tablespoon coarse grain brown mustard
1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
4 boneless smoked pork loin chops
Directions
Arrange potato slices in an ungreased 12x7 1/2x2 inch baking dish.
Stir together sauerkraut, apple, and mustard; spoon over potatoes.
Pour apple juice or apple cider over everything in dish.
Arrange pork chops in dish.
Bake, covered, in a 350° oven about 1 hour or till heated through.
