Pork Sate With Ginger Marinade Recipe
|Pork tenderloin||2 Pound, sliced about 3/4 inch thick|
|Green onions||4 , minced|
|Grated ginger root||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated freshly|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Fresh squeezed lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Hot pepper flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Ground cumin||1⁄4 Teaspoon|

Combine marinade ingredients and pour into a large resealable plastic bag.
Add meat and seal bag securely closed.
Turn bag several times to coat meat.
Refrigerate and marinate for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain meat and discard marinade.
Thread pork chunks onto skewers.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Grill sate over medium-high heat until pork is slightly charred on the outside and all traces of pink are gone.
Turn often, grilling all sides of pork.
Remove sate from grill and arrange on a serving dish.
