Pork Rolls In Tomato Orange Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage leaves | 8 | |
| 250 g / 8 oz lean pork mince | ||
| 45 g / 1 1/2 oz chopped peanuts | ||
| Onions spring | 4 , chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Cheese | 45 Gram, grated | |
| Red chilies | 2 , chopped | |
| Dried marjoram | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato puree | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Trim thick stalks from cabbage leaves, cook, covered, in a little water until wilted, drain.
2. Combine mince, peanuts, spring onions, garlic, egg, cheese, chilies and marjoram. Divide between cabbage leaves, roll up, tucking in edges. Place in single layer in shallow ovenproof dish.
3. Pour over combined tomato puree and orange juice, cover, bake in moderate oven 30 minutes or until pork is cooked.
