Pork Roast With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients

| Salt | To Taste | |
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 6 Ige. potatoes | ||
| 2 No. 2 cans lima beans | ||
| 2 No. 2 cans peas | ||
| 1 Ige. can green beans | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Barbecue sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Rub roast with salt; place in large pan on bottom rack of oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
Combine onions, potatoes, beans, peas, green beans, salt to taste and pepper; cook until potatoes are tender.
Slice roast into 1/2-inch slices.
Cover evenly with vegetables.
Pour sauce over vegetables; spread out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes longer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
