Pork Roast With Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork loin roast | 4 Pound | |
| Lemon | 1/2 | |
| Rosemary | 2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry white wine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| California Onion dressing - 3/4 cup, bottled | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F
MAKING
2. Rub the meat with lemon, rosemary, salt and pepper, place it on a rack and roast for three hours without a lid; reserve a cup of the drippings and remove the meat
3. In a small saucepan, mix the drippings with wine, heat it and stir in the California onion dressing
SERVING
4. Serve it over the roast
