| Pork loin roast | 3 Pound, frozen | |
| Gravy mix envelope | 1 | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Dried thyme leaves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |

| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Unwrap and place frozen roast fat side down in shallow 3-qt casserole.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 40 minutes.
Drain and discard liquid.
In small bowl blend gravy mix, 3/4 cup water, thyme and pepper.
Turn roast fat side up.
Pour gravy mixture over roast; cover.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 25 to 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
when checked in several places, rotating casserole once during cooking.
Remove roast to serving plate.
Cover with foil.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
In 1-cup measure blend remaining 1/4 cup water and the flour.
Blend into gravy mix in casserole until smooth.
Microwave at High 2 to 5 minutes, or until thickened, stirring with fork or wire whip 1 or 2 times.
