Pork Pasta Shells Recipe

1 small envelope onion soup mix
1 tsp oregano
28 oz canned whole tomatoes
2 cups water
2 cups jumbo pasta shells
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions
In a casserole dish, combine first 5 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Gently mix in pasta shells.
Cover.
Over low heat, simmer 20 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Preheat oven to broil.
Transfer pork mixture to an ovenproof serving dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Broil in oven until cheese turns a nice golden brown color.
