 2-3 tbsp soya sauce
 Sesame oil2 Teaspoon
 Rice wine2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
 Cornflour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Plain flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green chillies2 , finely chopped
 OTHER INGREDIENTS
 2 eggs lightly beaten
 Cornflour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Frying Oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients listed in the ingredients for the balls.
Shape this mixture into small balls.
Dip in lightly beaten eggs & roll in cornflour to coat.
Shake off excess.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the meat balls until golden brown all over.
