Pork Noisettes Mascarade Recipe
Ingredients
8 2 oz (30 g) pork noisettes breading or mascarade of your choice
1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
Salt and pepper
Directions
– Coat pork noisettes with the breading or "mascarade" of your choice and press firmly to make it adhere well to meat.
In a skillet, heat oil and melt butter. Cook noisettes over low heat, then season with salt and pepper.
