Pork Midwestern Style Recipe

The mixture I have churned up here for dipping the pork pieces in this Pork Midwestern Style is so tasty. And after frying, this Pork Midwestern Style dish tastes even more better. You will love it!

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
 
4 tablespoons water
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
 
4 tablespoons oil

Directions

1) Split the pork open lengthwise in half, without cutting all the way through. Open meat up and spread flat. Pound the pork to V inch thickness and cut into 6 serving sized pieces.
2) Blend water, eggs, rosemary, and salt together. Spread bread crumbs on wax paper.
3) Dip the pork into the mixture, then dip in the bread crumbs.
4) Fry coated pork in oil for 10 to 12 minutes or until meat is tejnder, turning once.
