Pork Mexican Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork steaks | 2 , deboned | |
| Yellow onion | 1/2 , peeled | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, cleaned | |
| Peanut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin | ||
| Ground cumin | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cut the pork steaks into thin slices.
Slice up the yellow onion and green pepper.
Saute the pork quickly in oil and the garlic.
Add the onion and pepper, and continue to stir-fry.
Add the cumin and oregano.
Add salt.
At the last minute add the sherry.
