Pork Loaf With Pine Nuts Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) ground pork
1/2 Cup (125 ml) chopped pine nuts
1/2 Cup (125 ml) finely sliced celery
1/2 Cup (125 ml) grated carrots
1/2 Cup (125 ml) sliced mushrooms
1 Cup (250 ml) tomato soup concentrate
1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) soda biscuits, crumbled
2 tsp (10 ml) parsley
1/2 Cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp (1 ml) thyme
3 tbsp (45 ml) tomato paste
Salt and pepper
Directions
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– In a bowl, combine all ingredients and shape into loaf.
– Place in a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
