Pork In A Hurry Recipe

1 to 1 1/4-lbs. lean fresh pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium onion, finely sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) peas, undrained
1 can (16 oz.) whole potatoes, drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions
1. Place pork in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
