Pork & Vegetable Hot Pot Recipe

| 1 tsp. chopped sage | ||
| Stock | 1 1/2 Pint | |
| Flour, pepper and salt | ||
Directions
Cut the meat into cubes.
Roll them in seasoned flour and fry lightly for a few minutes.
Put a layer of sliced vegetables, including potato, into a casserole.
Add the partly cooked pork.
Sprinkle with the sage, add the rest of the sliced vegetables, and cover with stock.
Cook in a slow oven for at least 2 1/2 hours.
