I was looking for a quick and simple recipe for pork fried rice tonight and I found this! I had all the ingredients and it was easy to make and came out delicious! I cooked up the rice and pork as I was making it too, not leftovers or precooked. I probably could have used more rice (I kind of eyeballed the measurements and used the amounts I had rather than strictly following the recipe). My husband loved it!
